I describe myself as a ‘Somatic Yogi’ …. inspired by my training in Somatic movement my Yoga classes seek to bring you out of your mind and into a felt sense of your body.
In this way your yoga practice becomes an ‘inside out’ experience – no longer trying to ‘achieve a pose’ you allow your practice to be an open ended enquiry …..how does the body organise (or dis-organise!) itself? We have an opportunity to change deep habit patterns, physical and mental, to bring about change both on and off the mat. Yoga is a mind-body transformational practice!

I am fully qualified and insured, holding a 500 hour Teaching Diploma with The British Wheel of Yoga. I have completed advance teacher training Well Woman Yoga with Uma Dinsomore-Tuli , One to One Embodied Relational Yoga training with Kate Ellis and Somatic Exercise Coach Level One training with Align Somatics.
